Know Your Worth

“When you please others in hopes of being accepted, you lose you self-worth in the process”-Dave Pelzer

”Nothing sexier than a woman who knows her worth”-Anonymous

Ladies know your WORTH……. don’t settle for less, if you think you deserve better…. DEMAND for it. Don’t let anyone bring you down, STAND up for what you believe in and don’t take yourself for granted, if you don’t take yourself seriously, how do you expect someone else to take you seriously. MOTIVATE yourself and have a POSITIVE attitude toward life……………… No one wants to be around a NEGATIVE person. LOVE yourself (loving yourself doesn’t necessarily mean you are vain or arrogant), loving yourself means you’ve ACCEPTED your flaws. LOVING yourself shows SELF – RESPECT, unconditional self-acceptance and a positive self-image. Find what makes you unique, everyone has some sort of talent, do what makes you happy and don’t wait for anyone’s approval.

”You must love yourself before you love another. By accepting yourself and fully being what you are, your simple presence can make others happy.”

The Best Websites in the UK for Saving Money on Fashion

As a student, I know how hard it is to stay fashionable and not starve at the same time, student finance is not a lot to survive on. It’s even harder now, universities and schools are closed for the summer holiday meaning no student finance :(.

You are flipping through fashion magazines like Elle and Vogue and it makes you really sad that you cannot afford any of the designer items mentioned in the magazine. Even if you have a summer job or sell your hair you still won’t be able to afford any of those items.

But fear not my fellow fashion/shopping addict, Abi  is here to save your summer wardrobe and pocket :), I’m here to make sure you stay stylish, in-trend and most importantly save you money.  I will be sharing with you my favourite UK best websites for saving money on fashion. Without further ado, let’s get this money-saving party started….

Getthelabel.com – This website is totally amazing, they offer discounts on branded shoes and clothing for both male and female. They have stuff from Lipsy, Firetrap, Vero Moda, Hensley, Bench, Motel and so much more in stock, which are way cheaper than buying from their official website.

Shoeaholics.com – This website is perfect for all the shoe addicts, they offer discounts on branded shoes. The shoes on this website are amazing (drools), you will be hook on this website and its cheaper than the original price, I mean what’s not to like… It’s a whole website dedicated to mainly shoes and it’s cheap, they also offer accessories as well. Make sure you bookmark this baby.

Ebay.co.uk – This seems very obvious but I thought i’ll still share it anyways. For anyone who don’t what eBay is (Which I doubt), eBay is an online auction and shopping website, where you can bid on items and sell items too, you can literally sell and buy anything on eBay. In addition to this, fashion brands and designers have outlet on eBay where you can purchase their products at a cheaper price. I know not everyone like the idea of eBay but I think it’s something you should think about.

FashionVouchers.com – This is a great website to get  fashion voucher codes and information about latest sales and offers. They have voucher codes from  leading fashion brands including Coast, Oasis, Debenhams, Radley, New Look, Dorothy Perkins and so much more. When you’ve place a large order online, it worth a while looking at this website to get voucher codes.

Everything5pounds.com – The name says it all ”everything 5 pounds”. The quality of the their products is really good and for 5 pounds, you can’t go wrong with that. The only thing is, it’s better to order in a large quantity to cut delivery cost.

Brandalley.co.uk – you have to be a registered member to use this website, but the good news is membership is free. Get yourself signed up and enjoy up to 80% of designer clothing. You can thank me later.

Amazon.co.uk  – Amazon is not only for books, at least not anymore. You can find low-priced clothing, accessories and shoes on Amazon now. Its cheap and reliable.

***Other Tips***

  • Charity shop – Go to your local charity shop, you’ll never know what you will find.
  • Student discount – Use that baby.
  • Bloggers – I know some bloggers sell stuff they no longer need, check it out, you might just find something that you like.
